1. Welcome
By using FUN, you agree to these Terms. FUN is a platform that helps people discover, join, and run offline clubs and communities. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Provide accurate info, and don't impersonate anyone else.
3. Clubs and content
Club owners are responsible for their club's content, members, events, and any payments collected. Members are responsible for their own conduct at events. FUN is a tool — we don't organise the events ourselves.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, spam, or anything that puts other members at risk. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
5. Payments
Some clubs charge for membership or events. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds are at the discretion of the club owner unless required by law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms as FUN evolves. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
